Saudi Property Guide is an independent, non-commercial resource built to help foreigners understand property ownership laws in Saudi Arabia. The site is maintained by an individual with a personal interest in Saudi real estate and is not affiliated with REGA, any real estate agency, or the Saudi government.

Why this site exists

When Saudi Arabia opened property ownership to non-Saudis in 2021, accurate and up-to-date English-language information was hard to find. Most resources were outdated, incomplete, or hidden behind legal jargon. This site aims to change that.

How we stay current

All pages are reviewed at least monthly. Sources include the REGA official website, the Saudi Official Gazette, and community discussions. When laws change, pages are updated immediately and a blog post is published.
